Workspaces and sharing

Group saves by project, sort them with rules, and share a workspace with a public link or an RSS feed.

Group saves by project. Share a workspace with a public link or an RSS feed only when you choose to.

Create a workspace

A workspace groups bookmarks for one project or topic, with its own sections and saved views. Nothing moves out of your library.

  1. Open Workspaces in the sidebar and choose New workspace.
  2. Pick the kind. Manual: you add bookmarks yourself. Smart: bookmarks that match your conditions appear by themselves.
  3. Give it a name, and if you like a description and an accent color, then choose Create workspace.

To add bookmarks, choose Select in your Library, mark the bookmarks and choose Move to. In the extension, pick a workspace under Tags and workspace before you save.

Inside a workspace you can organize with sections and saved views, snapshot your open tabs, or ask AI for a digest. AI in a workspace uses AI credits.

Deleting a workspace removes its sections, saved views and snapshots. The bookmarks stay in your library.

Sort saves with rules

Send saves from a site to a workspace or tag them automatically, with simple if-this-then-that rules. You find them under Rules in the sidebar.

Note: On Free you can create 3 workspaces besides the default Inbox, of which 1 can be shared publicly, and 3 automation rules. Archived workspaces count too. Pro has no limit on workspaces, public sharing or automation rules; the caps against abuse listed in the terms apply to every account.

Share a workspace

  1. Open the workspace and choose Share.
  2. Set Visibility to Public.
  3. Choose the Share address, which becomes the end of the public link, and write a Public description if you like.
  4. Turn on Public RSS feed if people should be able to follow new items in a feed reader.
  5. Choose Save share settings, then Copy link.

What becomes public

Anyone with the link can see the workspace's name, its Public description (or, if that is empty, the workspace's description), the names of its sections, and for each item its title, link, site, tags and short summary.

  • Your notes and highlights are not shown.
  • AI summaries carry the note AI-generated, also in the RSS feed.
  • Public pages are excluded from search engines by default.
  • Everything else stays private. Private workspaces are never visible to anyone else.

Tip: If the workspace's description is only meant for you, write a Public description before you share it.

You can end sharing at any time: set Visibility back to Private and save.

Note: If you share a workspace publicly, you are responsible for its content.
