Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days without giving any reason, here the Nisaba Pro subscription. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

A Free account and the free trial create no payment obligation. No withdrawal is needed for them. You can delete your account in the settings at any time.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (FluxonLab, Çağrı Bozgeyik, Arndtstraße 68, Tür 3, 1120 Wien, Austria, e-mail: contact@fluxonlab.com, phone: +43 676 563 1300) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by post or e-mail. You can use the model withdrawal form below. It is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://nisaba.site/settings/billing, with the withdrawal function in your Nisaba account (see the next section).

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The easiest way is to withdraw directly in Nisaba. Open Settings → Billing and choose the button “Withdraw from contract”, then confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. The buttons are labelled in the language you use Nisaba in; in German they read „Vertrag widerrufen“ and „Widerruf bestätigen“.

The function is available throughout the withdrawal period. If you use this online function, we send you without delay, on a durable medium (for example by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt with information on the content of your declaration of withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

If you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments we received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original payment. We do not charge any fee for the refund.

After withdrawal your account switches to Free. Your data is not deleted.

If, when subscribing, you expressly asked for Nisaba Pro to start during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you pay us a reasonable amount. It corresponds to the share of the service already provided until you withdrew, compared with the full scope of the service under the contract (section 16(1) FAGG).

You can make this request voluntarily when you order, by ticking its own box in the order step under Settings → Billing.

We calculate the reasonable amount from the AI credits you used before withdrawing: price paid × AI credits used ÷ AI credits included in the term (2,000 for a monthly subscription, 24,000 for a yearly one), rounded down to the cent and never more than the price paid. We refund the rest. Example: you paid €6.99 for one month and used 500 AI credits before withdrawing. You then pay €1.74, and we refund €5.25.

If you do not make the request, your account still switches to Pro right away, but you receive the AI credits included in Pro only once the withdrawal period has ended; until then you keep using your existing balance. If you then withdraw within 14 days, you get the full amount you paid back. The same applies if you made the request but have not used any AI credits yet.
