What is Nisaba?

Nisaba is an AI bookmark manager by FluxonLab. You save pages with a Chrome extension or import what you already have, Nisaba organizes it, and you find things by keyword or by meaning, or ask a question and get an answer that lists your saved pages as sources.

Who is Nisaba for?

Nisaba is for people who save more than they can keep track of: researchers, students, writers and developers, people who keep many tabs open, and anyone who wants their library hosted in Germany with a free full export.

How is Nisaba different from browser bookmarks or a read-later app?

Browser bookmarks keep links and read-later apps keep articles. Nisaba keeps both with the page text, catches duplicates, suggests categories and tags, and lets you search by meaning or ask a question answered from your own saves, with sources. Export is free on every plan, so you can leave at any time.

Which browsers and devices are supported?

The web app works in current browsers on desktop and phones and can be installed as an app. The extension is available for Chrome. There is no native mobile app yet.

Which languages does Nisaba speak?

The website and the app are available in English, German, Turkish, Arabic (right to left) and Traditional Chinese. Legal documents are binding in German and also provided in English.

Can I share what I save?

Yes. A workspace can be shared with a public link and an optional RSS feed. On Free, 1 workspace can be shared publicly; Pro has no limit. Everything else stays private to your account unless you share it.

Plans and credits

What is included in the Free plan?

Free includes saving, importing, reading, highlights, keyword search, the mindmap and export, with no limit on bookmarks; search by meaning and the other AI features use AI credits. Delta, the 3D world built from your library, is included too. A few features have limits on Free: 3 workspaces besides your Inbox, 1 publicly shared workspace, 3 automation rules, 3 RSS feeds and open-tab history from the last 30 days (every plan keeps the latest 1,000 snapshots), and links are checked one at a time when you ask, not automatically. Your account also gets 200 AI credits once, when you sign up. They do not renew each month.

What does Pro add, and what does it cost?

Pro has no limit on workspaces, public sharing, automation rules or RSS feeds, shows all kept open-tab snapshots instead of the last 30 days (every plan keeps the latest 1,000), checks your links automatically and reports broken ones, and adds 2,000 AI credits every month and 10 GB of file storage instead of 500 MB. “No limit” means up to the caps against abuse listed in the terms. It costs €6.99 per month or €59 per year. With a billing country in the EU these are final prices, as FluxonLab currently charges no VAT; outside the EU, Link (by Stripe) sells Pro as merchant of record and may add local taxes at checkout. You can try Pro for 14 days without entering a card and get 500 AI credits once for the trial.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Keyword search keeps working, and so do saving, reading, highlights, workspaces, import and export. The AI features stop until you have credits again: answers in Ask, search by meaning (search falls back to keyword ranking), suggested categories and tags, and workspace summaries. On Pro, your balance is set back to 2,000 credits at the start of each subscription month; unused credits do not carry over. If you did not ask for Pro to start during the 14-day withdrawal period, the first month's credits arrive when that period ends. The 200 credits a Free account gets at sign-up do not renew. The 14-day Pro trial adds 500 credits once, on top of what you have left, and when it ends your balance is capped at 200. How many credits an action uses depends on how much text the AI processes, so there is no fixed price per action; your recent AI activity in Settings → Billing shows what each action used.

What happens when the trial ends or I cancel?

You go back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your library, notes, highlights and archived copies stay where they are. If you have more workspaces, public shares, rules or RSS feeds than Free allows, they all stay and you can still open and edit them; you can create new ones once you are below the limit. Open-tab snapshots older than 30 days stay stored (every plan keeps the latest 1,000) and show again with Pro.

How do I cancel, and can I withdraw from a purchase?

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time in the billing settings, or without signing in on the “Cancel contracts here” page at nisaba.site/cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; a yearly plan that has already renewed ends one month after your cancellation (or at the end of the paid term, if that comes first), and we refund the paid remainder pro rata. As a consumer in the EU you can also withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days. The withdrawal page explains how and includes a form.

Import and export

Can I import from Raindrop, Pocket, Chrome or social networks?

Yes. Nisaba reads bookmark files from every major browser, exports from Raindrop and Instapaper, CSV files, and the export files you download yourself from X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Pocket closed its export on 12 November 2025, so only a Pocket export you downloaded before then can be imported. For bookmark files, you see what will be added before anything is imported.

Does Nisaba log in to my social accounts?

No. Nisaba never asks for your social passwords and does not collect data from those accounts automatically. You choose which export file to upload.

Can I export my data?

Yes, at any time and on every plan. Download your library as HTML, JSON or CSV from the settings.

Privacy and AI

Who runs Nisaba and where is my data stored?

Nisaba is a product of FluxonLab, an Austrian company based in Vienna. The service runs on servers in Germany. The Impressum and the privacy policy list the company details and every service provider that handles data.

Which AI providers does Nisaba use, and can I turn AI off?

Answers, summaries and category suggestions use OpenAI, which may process the data outside the EU, including in the USA. For pages with little text, OpenAI also receives their preview image; you can switch this off separately. TypeSafe (model Jev) ranks search results in the USA and does not store the data; if it returns no usable result, OpenAI ranks them. Both receive only the content a task needs and, under their terms, do not train models on it. AI is on by default for new accounts. You can switch it off for your account in Settings → AI: then nothing is sent to an AI provider and no credits are used, and saving, reading, highlights, keyword search, import and export keep working. The AI policy has the details.
