How it works

Save it once. Find it whenever.

Three steps, and none of them is filing links into folders.

  1. Save from anywhere

Use the Chrome extension, import a bookmark file or paste a link. Nisaba keeps the page text, so it stays readable when the site changes.

  2. It organizes itself

Duplicates are caught on the way in, and each save gets a suggested category and tags. Every suggestion can be changed.

  3. Ask instead of scrolling

Search by keyword or by meaning, or ask a question and read an answer that lists the pages it came from.

Ask your library

Answers that show their sources

Ask a question in plain language. Nisaba writes the answer from your own saves and lists the pages it used, so you can check every claim.

  • Every answer lists the saved pages behind it
  • AI is on for new accounts, and you can switch it off in Settings at any time
  • A visible credit counter, and no surprise bills

Import

Start with what you already have

Bring in your browser bookmarks, your Raindrop or Instapaper export, a Pocket export from before 12 November 2025, or a CSV. You see a preview first, and duplicates are skipped.

  • X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook saves come from the export file you download yourself
  • Nisaba never asks for your social passwords
  • Importing runs in the background, so you can keep working

Nothing gets lost on the way in

A save that cannot reach the server waits in a local queue and retries. Open tabs are kept as a session with earlier versions you can return to.

  • One click saves the page and its text
  • A visible sync status, so you know it arrived
  • Works with the same account as the web app

See how your library connects

When a list stops being enough, zoom out. Categories and saves appear as a map you can explore and click through.

Questions people ask first

All answers

What is included in the Free plan?

Free includes saving, importing, reading, highlights, keyword search, the mindmap and export, with no limit on bookmarks; search by meaning and the other AI features use AI credits. Delta, the 3D world built from your library, is included too. A few features have limits on Free: 3 workspaces besides your Inbox, 1 publicly shared workspace, 3 automation rules, 3 RSS feeds and open-tab history from the last 30 days (every plan keeps the latest 1,000 snapshots), and links are checked one at a time when you ask, not automatically. Your account also gets 200 AI credits once, when you sign up. They do not renew each month.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Keyword search keeps working, and so do saving, reading, highlights, workspaces, import and export. The AI features stop until you have credits again: answers in Ask, search by meaning (search falls back to keyword ranking), suggested categories and tags, and workspace summaries. On Pro, your balance is set back to 2,000 credits at the start of each subscription month; unused credits do not carry over. If you did not ask for Pro to start during the 14-day withdrawal period, the first month's credits arrive when that period ends. The 200 credits a Free account gets at sign-up do not renew. The 14-day Pro trial adds 500 credits once, on top of what you have left, and when it ends your balance is capped at 200. How many credits an action uses depends on how much text the AI processes, so there is no fixed price per action; your recent AI activity in Settings → Billing shows what each action used.

Which AI providers does Nisaba use, and can I turn AI off?

Answers, summaries and category suggestions use OpenAI, which may process the data outside the EU, including in the USA. For pages with little text, OpenAI also receives their preview image; you can switch this off separately. TypeSafe (model Jev) ranks search results in the USA and does not store the data; if it returns no usable result, OpenAI ranks them. Both receive only the content a task needs and, under their terms, do not train models on it. AI is on by default for new accounts. You can switch it off for your account in Settings → AI: then nothing is sent to an AI provider and no credits are used, and saving, reading, highlights, keyword search, import and export keep working. The AI policy has the details.

Can I export my data?

Yes, at any time and on every plan. Download your library as HTML, JSON or CSV from the settings.
