Free and Pro

• Free is free of charge and without a time limit. Free includes saving, importing, reading, highlights, keyword search, the mindmap and export, with no limit on bookmarks. Search by meaning and the other AI features use AI credits: search by meaning works while you have credits left, and keyword search always works. A few features have limits on Free: 3 workspaces besides the default Inbox (archived workspaces count too), of which 1 can be shared publicly, 3 automation rules, 3 RSS feeds and open-tab history from the last 30 days. On Free you check whether a link still works yourself, one link at a time. Your account gets 200 AI credits once, when you sign up. They do not renew each month. Free includes 500 MB of file storage.
• Pro costs €6.99 per month or €59 per year, about 30% less. Pro has no limit on workspaces, public sharing, automation rules or RSS feeds, shows all kept open-tab snapshots instead of the last 30 days, checks your links automatically on a schedule and reports broken ones. Every plan keeps the latest 1,000 open-tab snapshots; older ones are deleted. “No limit” means up to the caps against abuse listed in the terms. Pro adds 2,000 AI credits every month. Pro includes 10 GB of file storage instead of 500 MB.

If you have more than Free allows, for example more than 3 workspaces, they all stay and you can still open and edit them; you can create new ones once you are below the limit. Open-tab snapshots older than 30 days stay stored and show again with Pro.

Prices and seller

• With a billing country in the EU, FluxonLab sells Pro and the prices are final prices; FluxonLab currently charges no VAT under the Austrian small-business exemption.
• With a billing country outside the EU, Link (by Stripe) sells Pro as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments; the price may appear in your local currency, and Link may add local taxes at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Nisaba never sees or stores your card number.

Try Pro for 14 days

You can try Pro for 14 days without entering a card and get 500 AI credits once for the trial.

1. 1Open Settings → Billing and choose Try free for 14 days.
2. 2Or, while you are on Free, choose Start trial on the Try Pro free for 14 days card in the sidebar, or Try Pro free on the AI credits card on Home.

The trial starts only when you choose it, and each account can use it once.

When the trial ends you return to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. The free trial ends on its own. You do not need to cancel it, and no payment details are stored. To stop earlier, choose End trial now in Settings → Billing.

Upgrade to Pro

1. 1Open Settings → Billing and choose Upgrade monthly or Upgrade yearly.
2. 2Choose your billing country. The order shows who sells Pro to you.
3. 3If you want Pro to start right away, during the 14-day withdrawal period, tick the box for that. It is optional; see Withdraw within 14 days below.
4. 4Choose Order with obligation to pay. Payment continues on Stripe's secure page.

Cancel

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time in the billing settings, or without signing in on the Cancel contracts here page at nisaba.site/cancel.

1. 1Open Settings → Billing.
2. 2Under Cancel or withdraw, choose Cancel subscription.
3. 3Confirm with Cancel at period end, or with Cancel with one month's notice for a yearly plan that has already renewed.

You receive a confirmation by e-mail. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account switches to Free, and your data stays.

A yearly plan that has already renewed ends one month after your cancellation (or at the end of the paid term, if that comes first), and we refund the paid remainder pro rata.

For a purchase through Link (billing country outside the EU) you can also cancel in your Link account at link.com or ask Link for a refund. For the one-month notice and the pro-rata refund to apply, cancel with Nisaba as well.

Withdraw within 14 days

As a consumer in the EU you can also withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days. Open Settings → Billing and choose the button Withdraw from contract, then confirm with Confirm withdrawal.

• If, when subscribing, you did not ask for Pro to start during the withdrawal period, you receive Pro's AI credits only once the withdrawal period has ended, and you get the full amount back for a withdrawal within 14 days.
• If, when subscribing, you expressly asked for Pro to start during the withdrawal period, we refund the amount paid minus the share that the AI credits used before withdrawing make up of the AI credits included in the term.

Refunds go back to the means of payment you paid with.
