Two kinds of library
Say your saves are 300 articles and docs for a thesis. In Nisaba, you open each one in the reader, highlight passages and add notes. Then you collect the highlights under Highlights in the sidebar and copy one as Markdown. Say instead your saves are mostly screenshots and images. mymind lists image tagging and image text recognition on Student of Life, so check those first.
Moving over
Nisaba has no mymind-specific import, and mymind's pricing page does not mention export. A CSV with a url column and a header row goes through the Spreadsheet import, with optional title, note, tags, folder and created columns. You see a preview before anything is imported. The import page lists the other supported sources.
Nisaba's limits
- There is no native mobile app yet. The web app works in current browsers on desktop and phones and can be installed as an app.
- The extension is for Chrome only, and Nisaba needs an internet connection.
- Nisaba is built for pages, not image collections. AI looks at a preview image only for a page with little text, when it categorizes that page.
- Search by meaning uses AI credits. AI output can be incomplete or wrong.
