Download an export
- Open the account menu and choose Export data, or open Settings, then Data & export.
- Under Export your data, choose Download JSON, Download CSV or Download HTML.
- Your browser saves the file. One export runs at a time.
Which format to choose
- JSON: machine-readable. It holds your bookmarks with their tags, categories, notes and highlights, and your workspaces and open-tab snapshots. Stored files, such as saved page copies and uploaded files, are not included.
- CSV: opens in a spreadsheet and imports into other bookmark managers.
- HTML: the classic bookmark file that every browser can import.
Note: Workspaces have their own Export & import on the Workspaces page. It includes sections, saved views, tab snapshots and bookmark references, but not the bookmarks themselves, so it is not a backup of your account.
Your data stays yours
When a trial or a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. You move back to Free.
If we discontinue Nisaba we give you reasonable notice in advance. Until then you can export your data.
